The right schedule depends on your goals, timeline, and where you are in your career journey. Most of my clients meet with me once a week and we communicate throughout the week asneeded. This gives you time to complete action items, reflect on what we've discussed, andmake meaningful progress between sessions without losing momentum. If you're actively job searching, preparing for interviews, or making a major career transition, meeting more frequently can be helpful and keep you moving forward. If you're focused onlong-term career development, we may space sessions out a little more. The number of weeks we meet is also based on where you are and what we need to do. Mostclients hire me for between 5-8 sessions. A lot can be accomplished in a short amount of timeTogether, we'll decide on a schedule that fits your needs and helps you make steady andmeaningful progress toward your goals.
Absolutely. Resume review is an important part of my career coaching process, but it's only onepiece of the puzzle.Rather than simply editing your resume, I help you find your voice to tell your professional storyin a way that feels authentic to you. We work together to identify your strengths, uncoveraccomplishments you may have overlooked, and clearly communicate the value you bring to anemployer. One thing that makes my coaching different is that we often edit your resume together duringour sessions. Through live editing, you'll see my thought process, ask questions in real time, and learn how to confidently write about your experience long after we're finished workingtogether. The goal isn't just to leave with a polished resume, it's to understand how to communicate yourvalue with confidence throughout your career.
Absolutely! LinkedIn is one of the most important tools in today's job search, and we'll spendtime making sure yours is working for you. In my world, having a good profile is a must. We'll update your Headline, About section, experience, and skills so your profile clearlycommunicates who you are and the value you bring. I'll also help you make your profile more searchable, more engaging, and more likely to catch the attention of recruiters, hiring managers, and the people you want to connect with. But having a great profile is only part of the strategy. I'll also show you how to use LinkedIn tonetwork effectively, build genuine professional relationships, and uncover opportunities youmight never find by applying online.A strong LinkedIn profile doesn't just look good, it works for you even when you're not activelyjob searching. It really is an investment in your long-term career growth.
Definitely! Interview preparation is one of the most valuable parts of career coaching. It's alsoone of the best things I get to do with my clients.A lot of people think they need the "perfect" answers. They don't. They need to know how to telltheir story with confidence. We'll prepare for the types of questions you're likely to be asked, identify examples from yourown experience, and practice until your answers feel natural and authentic. I often conductmock interviews where I'll challenge you, ask follow-up questions, and give you honest feedbackin a supportive environment.By the time your interview arrives, you won't be trying to remember a script. You'll know how totalk about your experience, connect with the interviewer, and leave feeling like they got to knowthe real you.
Yes! Many recent graduates feel excited about finishing school but also overwhelmed by the jobsearch. It can be hard to know where to begin or how to make yourself stand out. Together, we'llcreate a strategy that fits your goals, from exploring career options and strengthening yourresume to networking, interviewing, and building your professional presence. My goal is to helpyou feel prepared, confident, and ready to launch your career.
Totally. In fact, many clients prefer online coaching because it's flexible, convenient, and allowsus to work together no matter where you're located. Using Zoom, we can review your resume, edit your LinkedIn profile together, practice interviews, and develop your job search strategy justas effectively as we would in person. Many of my clients have landed new jobs without evermeeting face-to-face.

While every industry is different, the job search skills needed toidentify opportunities, communicate your value, network effectively, and interview withconfidence are all really similar. If you're wondering whether your background or career goalsare a good fit for coaching, I'm always happy to talk through your situation during acomplimentary discovery call.
